Trident has a robust “Network-in-the-Sky” in the DC Metro area. Using this state of the art network, companies can launch their Wide-Area-Lan network taking advantage of this redundant and managed connectivity. All that is needed from a company wishing to form a private network between its offices is to simply place a receiver on top of each location and connect to the Trident network. Once all locations are connected to the Trident network, private traffic can flow between the different locations by passing the public network.
Joining the “Network-in-the-Sky” is easy, fast and very economical. Minimal equipment investment is needed and virtual LANS and VPN tunnel can be setup to separate each customer’s traffic from other customers in the “Network-in-the-Sky”. Trident will assist in configuration and the setup of customer equipment to connect to the Trident network.
